Introducing the Mid-Atlantic Agritourism Alliance
The Mid-Atlantic Agritourism Alliance (MAAA) is a collaborative organization dedicated to advancing and promoting agritourism across the greater Mid-Atlantic region. By uniting farms, tourism professionals, supporting businesses and organizations, the MAAA supports the agritourism industry and stakeholders through shared resources, educational opportunities, collaborative promotion, and strategic partnerships.
Our mission is to empower farms, agritourism operators, chefs, food and beverage makers, and allied organizations by making connections, expanding their reach and spotlighting the diversity of the sector.
Through agritourism program initiative the common good is to celebrate, elevate, and strengthen the foundation of local and regional food systems to ensure these vital contributors can continue to flourish. We are working through initial steps, including the IRS filing process, and excited to begin engaging with the agritourism community, partners, and supporters to lay the groundwork for future initiatives.
We are now seeking board members. Our goal is to launch in 2025.
